Exchange agreement
To avoid misunderstandings with exchanges we advise our members to make use of the form provided to agree important points in writing.
The idea is that both parties fill in a copy of the form. In the form, both parties layout all the areas where they have made an agreement. This should not only include agreements on the exchange, dates etc.. but also the availability of bed linen, where the key can be collected from and which equipment in the holiday home may be used.
The form is then sent to the other party and a copy to Atrium Exchange as well.
