How does it work?
The concept of Atrium Exchange is very simple. As a member of Atrium Exchange you are entitled to make exchanges with other members as often as you like.In other words. You can enjoy your holiday in someone else’s holiday home while they are enjoying yours!
The exchange via Atrium Exchange is made in the strictest privacy. The site is not to be used for renting your property or to offer it for any other commercial activity.
Because the exchanges do not have to be at the same time, the system is also attractive to people who participate in timesharing.
Example:
You have an apartment in Spain, where you are contracted to use it the first two weeks of June. Due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to take your holiday at that time and now the apartment that you have paid for will be empty for two weeks.
If you then at a later date still want to go on holiday it will cost you even more money.
As a member of Atrium Exchange you can still take your holiday without any extra costs.
Exchange list
On this site you have direct entry to our holiday home exchange list. You can see straight away which houses are available. You can find this by clicking on ‘Holiday homes'. Here you find the last 5 listed properties. In addition to the descriptions of the properties you can see exactly the preferred exchange period of the other members.By clicking on ‘search in holiday home list’ you can fill in your preferred selection criteria.
If you would like to view our complete selection of properties click on ‘search in holiday home list'. Here you can select your preferred accommodation or if you choose not fill in any details view the complete list by again clicking on ‘search’.

Login and contact details
You will not find addresses or other contact information on the site unless the member chooses for himself to include that in the description of the property.
Once you are a member of Atrium Exchange you will receive your personal log in code. When, as a member, you log into the site you can then via the contact form communicate with other members. You still do not get to see addresses or other personal information. You only get to see this information once the other party chooses to answer your email. Through this system your privacy is guaranteed.

Fill in the required search criteria and click on ‘search’. If you prefer to see the complete list leave everything blank.Application.
You can via the on line application form apply for membership of Atrium Exchange.
Your account will be activated once payment has been received by Atrium Exchange. Once your account has been activated you can place your holiday home or homes on the web site for exchange.

Tips.
Before you receive your first guests or you are the guests of another member we advise you first to read our exchange tips.After you have enjoyed your holiday you can fill in on of our evaluation forms. On this form you can express you valuation of you accommodation. We can add these to our exchange list. It is our hope with this data to offer future members more information concerning the accommodation.

Use the contact form to make contact with the other party. If the other party is also interested in the exchange the next step is to send the agreement form. In this form all the agreed details are clearly laid out. You can download this form from the website by clicking on ‘forms’.
